Investor-ready sustainability reports connecting ESG, materiality, risk and long-term enterprise value.

Traditional valuation models often fail to capture the intangible drivers that now define company value intellectual property, data, partnerships, regulatory progress, sustainability credentials and team strength. BVint connects these drivers to valuation, risk and strategic decision-making, helping companies communicate their value with greater clarity and credibility.

Client Impact

Companies often struggle to raise capital or negotiate effectively not because they lack potential, but because their value story is unclear or unsupported. BVint helps transform that uncertainty into a structured, data-backed and investor-ready narrative, supported by clear scenarios, defensible valuation conclusions and better strategic positioning.

Sector Expertise

Advanced valuations across complex, high - growth and asset - intensive industries.

BVint works across sectors where value depends on more than historical financials. Our sector specialists combine industry-specific knowledge with advanced valuation methodologies to assess market dynamics, regulation, technology adoption, asset intensity, execution risk and the intangible drivers that increasingly define enterprise value.

For early-stage, deep-tech and innovative companies, the approach must be different. Where there is limited operating history, value is assessed through risk-adjusted forecasts, milestones, intellectual property, team strength, market adoption, partnerships, scalability and probabilistic scenario analysis. This reflects BVint’s view that modern company value is often created beyond the financial statements, through intangible assets, strategic positioning and the capacity to convert innovation into sustainable performance.

Founder’s Message

Making numbers speak the language of capital.

Valuation is no longer a back-office exercise. In today’s volatile and innovation-driven markets, it is a strategic tool for raising capital, negotiating with confidence and making better long-term decisions.

At BVint, we help founders, investors, boards and shareholders understand not only what a company is worth today, but how future value could evolve under different assumptions, milestones and risk scenarios. Investors do not only look at current value; they assess potential, execution risk, downside protection and the probability of future value creation.

Most of our team comes from private equity, venture capital and corporate finance backgrounds. That experience shapes the way we work: our valuations are built around the same analytical logic used by sophisticated investors when assessing growth, risk, scalability, capital requirements and exit potential.

Traditional models often fail to capture the real sources of value in modern companies: intellectual property, technology, data, customer relationships, regulatory progress, partnerships, team strength and strategic positioning.

BVint was built to address that gap through independent, investor-grade valuations, advanced financial modelling and probabilistic risk analysis. From seed-stage startups and Series A scale-ups to mature private equity-backed businesses, we bring clarity to capital decisions across the full company lifecycle. Our valuations go beyond compliance: they become frameworks for investor communication, strategic foresight and confident growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clients usually ask before commissioning an independent valuation.

BVint works with founders, investors, boards, shareholders, private equity firms, venture capital investors and financial institutions across different jurisdictions. These are some of the questions we are most frequently asked about independent valuations, investor-grade reporting, risk modelling and valuation updates.

An investor-grade valuation is independent, methodologically robust and sufficiently documented to support discussions with investors, boards, shareholders or transaction counterparties. It is designed to explain the value conclusion, the assumptions behind it, the key risks and the potential future valuation path.

Traditional valuations often rely on static forecasts, standard multiples and a single-point value conclusion. BVint follows recognised international valuation practices, but goes further by applying advanced probabilistic analysis, Value-at-Risk logic and scenario modelling to assess how value may change under different assumptions, market conditions and execution outcomes.
Our work combines internal company analysis with external market benchmarks, sector research, comparable transactions and volatility assessment. This allows us to measure not only the expected value of a business, but also the uncertainty around that value and the key drivers that can increase or reduce it.
BVint’s team includes professionals with private equity, venture capital and corporate finance experience. We understand how investors assess growth, risk, scalability, capital needs and exit potential. This means our valuations are not only technically defensible, but also written in the language of investors, boards and strategic acquirers.
For early-stage, deep-tech and innovative companies, this difference is particularly important. Where there is limited historical data, BVint assesses future value through milestones, intellectual property, team strength, market adoption, partnerships, scalability and risk-adjusted future scenarios.
The result is not just a valuation number, but a decision-making framework: a clear view of current value, future valuation potential, downside risks and the assumptions that matter most.

BVint valuations are used by founders, scaleups, SMEs, private companies, investors, private equity and venture capital professionals, family offices, boards, shareholders and advisors involved in fundraising, M&A, disputes, audit support, strategic planning or exit preparation.

Yes. Early-stage, deep-tech and innovative companies require a different approach because they often have limited financial history. BVint assesses value through milestones, technology, intellectual property, team strength, market adoption, partnerships, scalability, funding needs and risk-adjusted scenarios.

Investors do not only assess what a company is worth today. They also assess how future value could evolve, what risks could prevent that value from materialising, and what milestones could increase confidence. BVint’s work helps connect current value, future potential and risk-adjusted execution.

BVint prepares valuations using recognised international valuation practices and holds international certifications and memberships relevant to professional valuation work. This allows our reports to be used in discussions with investors, boards, shareholders, private equity firms, venture capital funds, strategic acquirers, auditors and professional advisors across different jurisdictions.
BVint’s methodology is designed to be independent, well documented and aligned with international valuation standards, which supports credibility in global investor, transaction, legal and audit contexts. This is the reason why BVint has clients in more than 35 countries.

Yes. BVint provides independent valuation opinions and does not depend on fundraising success, transaction completion or audit mandates to determine its conclusions. This independence is central to producing objective, defensible and credible valuation reports.

Timing depends on the complexity of the company, the purpose of the valuation and the quality of the information available. Most full investor-grade valuations are completed within a defined timetable after receiving the required information. Simpler updates may be faster, while complex legal, audit, mining, infrastructure or multi-scenario assignments may require more time.

VaaS is an ongoing valuation support service designed to keep companies investor-ready as milestones, market conditions and risks evolve. It may include valuation updates, model refreshes, market benchmarks, scenario revisions and investor communication support.

BVint incorporates risk through scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, volatility mapping, cost of capital analysis and sector-specific risk assessment. This helps clients understand not only a central valuation, but also the range of possible outcomes and the drivers that most affect value.

The information required depends on the stage of the company and the purpose of the valuation. A mature SME, an M&A transaction, an audit-grade valuation and an early-stage fundraising round will not require the same level of documentation.
BVint does not expect every company to have a complete budget, forecast or financial model already prepared. Forecasts, budgets and Excel models are welcome when available, but they are not mandatory. Many early-stage and innovative companies do not yet have the time, internal resources or technical skills to prepare investor-grade forecasts.
In those cases, BVint develops the financial forecast independently, based on the company’s business model, revenue streams, cost structure, market assumptions, milestones and available information. The forecast is then discussed with management to ensure it is realistic, coherent and aligned with the company’s strategy.

BVint prepares different levels of valuation depending on the purpose: investment-grade, legal- grade and audit-grade. Where the valuation is intended for audit, legal or financial reporting use, the scope, methodology, assumptions and documentation are adapted to the required level of review and defensibility.
